I have always loved the floaty, dream-like dresses

"so when I became engaged, my thoughts went first to a dress I had seen in the film ‘The Princess Bride’.

I took this and showed it to Julie. She found and adapted a design to fit my criteria beautifully, suggesting the best type of material to use so it had the look I wanted.

I really wanted a heavy lace design for the top of the dress and Julie was able to fit this into the design and turn an ordinary dress into the one of my dreams.

I felt so comfortable on the day (one of the hottest that year!) and also so special knowing that this dress was one of a kind and made just for me!'
